Note: You can also just focus on your touch with your hands. Put a few objects on a table – like your keys, your phone, and maybe something soft like a towel. Hold them all at once, and then just focus on one at a time. You can likewise do the same thing with food – bite into something with many layers, like a hamburger – and feel all the ingredient and then each one. And of course, try to taste each one. The point isn’t to develop your taste as much as it is to develop your ability to focus your mind.
