About visualizing and it’s hints

Overview: “SHIP” – remember this.*

  1. See – what you see
  2. Hear – what’d you’d hear
  3. Inside – emotional confidence and expectation of success
  4. Physical – what you’d feel on your body, movement, motion, feet, legs, jersey on you.

Remember frequency (see the game winner over and over again in one session), intensity (brighten and in HD), duration (how long you do it each day), and consistency (do it daily).

*If you went through the full program, I changed VAK + E into SHIP. Remember you the SHIP to success is visualization!

How to Use YouTube: Echo Drill

Echo Drill

Watch the videos below or to your right, pick a play/move you want to add to your game:

PART I: DO THIS WHILE AT HOME OR WHEREVER YOU ARE WATCHING YOUR VIDEO

Step 1: Watch the star player on video (pause after the move you want to use)

Step 2: Replay in your mind the star player doing that move (rewatch the move if you can’t see it in your mind)

Step 3: See yourself, in your mind, perofrm the move. Watch yoursel as if you are sitting int ehstands

Step 4: Go inside yourself and feel yourself perform the move.

Step 5: Do this 30 times

PART II: ON COURT
Step 1: Repeat Steps 1-5

Step 2: Do the actually 30 times on the floor, in between each shot do step 1-5. (It doesn’t take long to do this mentally)
