So get excited, and as soon as your shoe hits the ground – associate that feeling with the court. Again, get excited and energetic (get hype!) and then do it as soon as your foot hits the court. Feel the energy and power of the basketball court!

Slightly raising your chin can give instant confidence. Not too high to be cocky, but just raise your head a little. It helps.
Pro-tip #2: Body tempo and strut.
Just moving with a little bit more energy can also increase confidence, and moving with purpose. Try to walk as if you knew that you were going to play well, compared to if you were only “hoping” to play well. Successful people typically have a slightly faster and more purposively walk.
