1) Remember you don’t have to workout. You get to workout, you want to work out! You are excited to workout!
2) Remember to build yourself up even and especially when things are not going your way! Always think “I can do it!” Not, “this will never work.”
3) You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best. You don’t have to be loved by anyone, though you might prefer the appreciation from the media, coaches, fans, and friends. But you don’t need it.
4) Finally, remember how you play says nothing about what type of person you are! Separate how you put a ball through a hoop with who you are!
