MENTAL ROUTINE

1. Stand behind the ball 2. Note wind, terrain 3. Envision the flight path 4. Rhythm check: 7.5 grip 5. Align 6. Practice Swing at 7.5 7. Flood yourself with Sweet Spots swings with that particular club 8. THEN! Execute the swing without thinking. Get into the moment. *As you move around the course, keep your mantra going: “I’m always in flow, I always hit the sweet spot.”
